1. Responsibilities of the Parties

1.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the client with full access to the working server (service) upon full payment.

1.2. The client is solely responsible for all issues or actions related to the operating system or software installed by the client on the server.

1.3. The hosting provider reserves the right to suspend the provision of service(s) in the following cases:

  • Client causing significant damage (more than 5000 rubles)
  • Slander that directly or indirectly affects the Provider's reputation
  • Receiving complaints from third parties about illegal activities on the server
  • Inappropriate behavior or aggression towards the Provider
  • Violation of any clause of this agreement

1.4. The hosting provider is not responsible for data integrity on the server in the following cases:

  • Infrastructure hacking by third parties
  • Hardware damage (e.g., storage devices)
  • Untimely server renewal
  • Client actions leading to data damage or deletion

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Services are provided on a 100% prepayment basis.

2.2. Payment is made exclusively through the Telegram bot using the specified details, on the website or directly through the support service.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds are only possible in case of server malfunction due to the Provider's fault for actually unused days.

3.2. If a refund is approved, funds will be returned within 24 hours to the account from which the payment was made.

3.3. To initiate a refund, please contact support.

3.4. The Provider reserves the right to refuse a refund in case of violation of the terms of service.
